  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful communication or verification with the customer, where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or product availability.

  • Payment terms, including advance payment, partial payment, or Cash on Delivery (COD), will be confirmed during order processing.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We provide delivery across Bangladesh through reliable courier and delivery services.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, and courier conditions.

  • Hashtag Gadget is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, public holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

6. Inspection & Responsibility

Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery and, where appropriate, report any visible damage or issue promptly.

Once a product has been received, any damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions will generally be the customer's responsibility.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns or replacements may be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification.

  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

  • Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, order information, or other evidence to verify the issue.

8. Warranty Policy

  • Where a warranty is provided, it generally covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not normally cover physical damage, water or liquid damage, damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or unauthorized repair attempts.

  • Warranty terms and coverage may vary depending on the product category and manufacturer.

  • Customers should follow the applicable warranty instructions provided with the product.
